Why Hire A REALTOR

Not All Real Estate Agents Are REALTORS!
If you are considering placing your property on the market or are interested in buying a home there are a few things you should know. Not all real estate agents are the same.
When we receive our real estate license at that point we are real estate agents but for the public to benefit fully when trying to buy or sell a home, they should consider hiring a REALTOR. I am a real estate agent, REALTOR!
What Is The Difference
Real Estate Agent VS. REALTOR
Lets make it clear that I am not knocking real estate agents who decide not to become REALTORS or join the National Association of REALTORS. As a REALTOR, I see the benefits not only for myself but especially for my clients that work with me!
- Did you know that as a REALTOR I have access to the largest database of homes available on the market on any given day?
- Did you know that as a REALTOR we are required to take additional training and education and that we also have tools to gain more knowledge to help our clients home!
- There are certain real estate designations that cannot be obtained unless you are a REALTOR. One of my recent achievements is that I have become a CRS or in layman terms a Certified Residential Specialist!
- We as REALTORS must maintain a higher standard of service, conduct and educational requirements.
- Many of us REALTORS are active in community affairs and causes that affect our local communities. We are a charitable bunch and am proud to be called a REALTOR!
If you are going to be interviewing agents or are considering buying or selling real estate do yourself a favor and ask the vital question. Are you a real estate agent / REALTOR or are you a real estate agent. You might not have given it much thought in the past but today its crucial to ask that question.
If you are in the Triangle Area of North Carolina, contact Amy L. Reed, not only am I a real estate agent but I am a REALTOR and a Certified Residential Specialist!
